Requirements:

• Certification of Completion from an approved 40 hour PCA class
• CNA license, if applicable
• PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (less than 5 years)
• Reliable transportation/Automobile insurance
• First Aid/CPR card
• Eligibility to work in US. (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate etc.)
